On July 24, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the Draft Amendment to the Price Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft for Public Comments). It further clarifies the criteria for identifying improper pricing practices, including: refining the criteria for identifying low-price dumping to regulate market price order and address "rat race" competition; and refining the criteria for identifying improper pricing practices such as price collusion, price gouging, and price discrimination.
